Living a balanced lifestyle goes far beyond exercise alone.
Since we take great pride in encouraging and inspiring people (both in and out of the food industry) to create a healthier lifestyle for themselves, we wanted to ensure that we were providing the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve a balanced lifestyle.
Enter Project Refuel, a new initiative with The Food Runners and Nike Canada aimed to inspire runners of all levels to think about creative ways to refuel post-run. With the help of Vitamix, we meet after our weekly runs at our home base, The Loft, to mix up all sorts of different juices and smoothies, and to learn about different ingredients that are beneficial to our bodies after a run.
